1. About Anyday

Anyday.ge is an online platform for discovering and booking birthday centers, entertainment spaces, venues, packages, and related services.

Users can browse birthday centers, compare available packages, choose dates and times, submit booking requests, and receive booking-related updates.

Birthday centers and venue managers can list their venue, manage packages, receive booking requests, and communicate with customers.

Anyday acts as a technology platform. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Anyday does not own, operate, control, or provide the birthday centers, venues, events, food, entertainment services, or on-site services listed on the platform.

2. Who Can Use Anyday

You may use Anyday if you:

• Are at least 18 years old; or
• Are using the platform with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
• Can legally enter into agreements;
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

If you use Anyday on behalf of a birthday center, venue, company, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to represent that business.

3. User Accounts

To access some features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information;
• Keep your login details secure;
• Not share your account with unauthorized people;
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, submit false information, or create security or trust risks.

4. Booking Requests

When you submit a booking request through Anyday, you are asking the selected birthday center to review and confirm the requested booking.

A booking may not be final until it is accepted or confirmed by the birthday center.

Anyday may show dates, time slots, packages, prices, and availability based on information provided by birthday centers. We try to keep this information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every date, time, package, price, or detail will always be available or error-free.

Birthday centers are responsible for confirming availability, package details, and any special conditions before the booking is finalized.

5. Prices, Packages, and Add-ons

Prices, packages, add-ons, guest limits, included services, and conditions are provided by birthday centers.

Prices may depend on:

• Selected package;
• Date and time;
• Number of guests;
• Add-on services;
• Special requests;
• Birthday center policies.

Anyday may display estimated or listed prices, but the final price may need to be confirmed by the birthday center.

If there is an obvious pricing error, technical error, or incorrect listing information, the birthday center or Anyday may correct the information before confirming the booking.

6. Payments

Anyday may support online payments, deposits, pre-authorizations, or offline payment arrangements.

Payment terms may differ depending on the birthday center and booking type.

If online payments are enabled:

• Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider;
• You agree to follow the payment provider's applicable terms;
• Anyday does not store full card numbers or sensitive card details on its own servers;
• A booking may require payment, deposit, or confirmation before it becomes final.

If a booking is paid directly to the birthday center, the birthday center is responsible for confirming the payment arrangement.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund rules may vary by birthday center.

Before confirming a booking, you should review the birthday center's cancellation and payment conditions.

Unless Anyday clearly states otherwise:

• Birthday centers are responsible for their own cancellation and refund policies;
• Refund eligibility depends on the birthday center's rules and applicable law;
• Anyday may assist with communication, but does not guarantee refunds from birthday centers.

If Anyday collects payments directly, refund handling may depend on the payment method, provider rules, and the relevant birthday center's policy.

8. Birthday Center Responsibilities

Birthday centers and venue managers agree to:

• Provide accurate venue, package, pricing, and availability information;
• Keep listings updated;
• Respond to booking requests in a reasonable time;
• Honor confirmed bookings;
• Provide the services described in their listing;
• Comply with applicable laws, safety rules, tax obligations, and business requirements;
• Treat customers fairly and professionally.

Birthday centers are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services.

Anyday may remove or restrict listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, inactive, or harmful to users.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information;
• Use the platform respectfully and lawfully;
• Not submit fake bookings;
• Not misuse contact details received through the platform;
• Not interfere with the platform's security or operation;
• Not copy, scrape, or misuse Anyday content, listings, or data.

You are responsible for checking booking details before submitting a request.

10. Communication and Notifications

By using Anyday, you agree that we may contact you about your account, bookings, support requests, and platform activity.

We may send communications through:

• Email;
• Phone;
• SMS;
• WhatsApp;
• Website notifications;
• Other service-related channels.

WhatsApp notifications may include booking confirmations, booking status updates, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling information, and support messages.

You can opt out of promotional communications where available. However, we may still send important service-related messages necessary for active bookings, security, or account administration.

11. WhatsApp Notifications

Anyday may use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send booking-related notifications.

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive WhatsApp messages, you authorize Anyday to send service-related WhatsApp messages connected to your bookings or account.

Opting out of WhatsApp messages may mean that you receive important booking updates through other channels, such as email or phone.

12. Content and Listings

Birthday centers may upload or provide content such as:

• Venue descriptions;
• Package details;
• Photos;
• Prices;
• Service descriptions;
• Business information.

By providing content to Anyday, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and share that content;
• The content is accurate and not misleading;
• The content does not violate another person's rights;
• Anyday may display, format, promote, and use the content for operating and marketing the platform.

Anyday may edit formatting, remove content, or reject listings that violate these Terms or reduce platform quality.

13. Reviews and Feedback

If Anyday allows reviews, ratings, or feedback, users agree that their feedback must be honest, respectful, and based on real experiences.

We may remove reviews or feedback that are fake, abusive, discriminatory, irrelevant, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting feedback to Anyday, you allow us to use it to improve and promote the platform.

14. Platform Availability

We try to keep Anyday.ge available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Updates;
• Technical issues;
• Hosting problems;
• Third-party service failures;
• Security incidents;
• Events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

15. Third-Party Services

Anyday may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, email, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, analytics, maps, or other functionality.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Anyday is not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, or actions outside our control.

16. Intellectual Property

The Anyday name, website, design, software, platform structure, logos, text, graphics, and other platform materials belong to Anyday or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse Anyday's platform, branding, or content without written permission.

Birthday centers keep ownership of the content they provide, but grant Anyday permission to use it for operating, displaying, improving, and promoting the platform.

17. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use Anyday for illegal or harmful purposes;
• Submit fake, fraudulent, or misleading bookings;
• Attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, or damage the platform;
• Scrape or automatically collect data without permission;
• Copy listings or platform content for a competing service;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or birthday centers;
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content;
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

18. No Guarantee of Venue Services

Anyday helps users discover and request bookings from birthday centers.

However, unless clearly stated otherwise, Anyday is not responsible for:

• The condition of a venue;
• Food, entertainment, staff, or on-site services;
• Safety at the venue;
• The birthday center's performance;
• Changes made by the birthday center;
• Customer disputes with the birthday center;
• Personal injury, property loss, or other incidents at the venue.

Birthday centers are responsible for the services they provide.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anyday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, or reputational harm.

Anyday's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid to Anyday for the specific service that caused the claim, or, if no amount was paid to Anyday, the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Anyday harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your false or misleading information;
• Your content or listing information;
• Your violation of another person's rights;
• Your services as a birthday center or venue.

21. Privacy

Your use of Anyday is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

22. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Anyday if:

• You violate these Terms;

• You create risk for users, birthday centers, or Anyday;
• Your information appears false, outdated, or fraudulent;
• We are required to do so by law or security reasons.

You may stop using Anyday at any time.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the website, email, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.

Your continued use of Anyday after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, unless another mandatory law applies.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent courts of Georgia, unless applicable law requires another forum.
